What's the difference between Photoperiod, Feminized, Auto, and Regular ?

PHOTOPERIOD- flowering is triggered by the amount of light a plant receives. 12 hours of light will start the flowering process.

FEMINIZED- these seeds are FEMALE ONLY and will not produce seeds, just beautiful flowers.

AUTO- these will flower based on time and not light. Meaning it will automatically flower on its own with no need to change the light cycle.

REGULAR- Just like it sounds, these seed packs are a mixture of male and female seeds. If grown together, the males will pollinate the female and you will get seeds with your flowers.

Why does ZukieBean only offer small seed packs ?

We are working on integrating larger seed packs for our customers. We are a small business, not a corporate giant with investors. Check back often or sign up for emails to get the info as it's added. We look forward to growing with you (no pun intended)

How do I place an order?

We process all orders directly through our website and communicate via email every step of the way. Orders must be placed through our site for accurate and secure processing. We do not accept orders over the phone.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Unfortunately, we cannot accept prepaid gift cards or payment apps like Venmo or PayPal. All credit/debit cards must be associated with a billing address within the United States.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders placed with a credit/debit card cannot be canceled.

What is your refund or return policy?

OK, let's keep it real..we will strive to provide the best customer service possible with the understanding that you, the customer, understand that we at ZukieBean are selling a product created by breeder companies. We can only control so much. That being said, we will do the best we can to keep our loyal customers happy, but we are not gullible and certain protocols need to be followed to be fair to both parties.

When will my order ship?

We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. During promotions or holidays, processing may take longer. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information when the package is ready for shipping.

When will I get my tracking number?

You will receive an email with your USPS Tracking number once the shipping label for your package is printed, typically within 1 business day. You’ll get two emails: one from us and one from ShipStation, both containing your tracking information.

How long will it take for my order to arrive, and are there expedited shipping options?

We ship Monday through Saturday with packages dropped off at USPS by 4 PM daily. Delivery times depend on USPS and may be subject to delays.

Ground Advantage: $7.95 – Estimated 5-7 business days (subject to USPS delays)
Priority Mail: $12.95 – Estimated 3-5 business days (subject to USPS delays)
Priority Mail Express: $31.95 – 2 business days, USPS guaranteed. If not fulfilled, we will request a refund from USPS. *Please note the 2 Day Guarantee is based on when USPS receives your package, not when your order is placed.

Is shipping discreet?

Yes. We only offer stealth packaging and our business name will not be on the package.

Why are my items labeled as “hemp souvenirs”?

Seeds are considered legal as hemp products since they contain low THC levels. We sell seeds as souvenirs, and they can be legally shipped to all 50 states.

Is it legal to have seeds shipped to me if I can’t grow cannabis legally in my state?

All seeds sold by us are hemp souvenirs, so yes, they can be shipped to all 50 states. We are not liable for what customers choose to do with them. Please follow your local laws regarding germination.
