Seeds are sold as collectible genetic souvenirs only, contain less than 0.03% THC, and are intended for individuals who are 21+ years of age. If you are not of age, you cannot buy seeds. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the website and our products, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
By using our website, products, and/or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are over 21 years of age.
- You have done your own due diligence in researching your state and municipal laws and are going to adhere to the laws your state and local municipality has on record regarding the germination of seeds.
- You are releasing ZukieBean of any liability or legal problems as you agree that you are following all local laws regarding germination and cultivation.
- You understand that ZukieBean won’t intervene in circumstances where someone may face legal consequences for possessing, selling, or trying to cultivate seeds in a municipality where they aren’t allowed.
- You understand that we will not process or respond to replacement requests at our discretion.
- You understand that any information on this website and any communication you have with ZukieBean is for entertainment and educational purposes only, has not been reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration, and is not intended to promote, condone, or encourage the cultivation or use of illegal substances.
- You understand that ZukieBean assumes no liability for the accuracy of the statements made on this website, and that availability, prices, policies, and other information on the site may change at any time without notice to you.
- You have reviewed your order for accuracy, including the items you are purchasing, your billing and shipping information, etc., and it is correct at the time of purchase.

Return and Refund Policy

It is imperative that you check your state and local laws before attempting to purchase seeds; we are not liable for what you do with seeds after receiving them. ZukieBean reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- For germination issues and order delivery issues, please contact us.
- We replace seeds that have failed to germinate to customers at our discretion.
- Always buy 10% more seeds than you plan to grow. A 90% germination rate is reasonable and expected, and we will not replace seeds if your germination rate was greater than 89%.
- Please submit germination issues within 60 days of purchase.
- We do not process refunds. All sales are final.
We do our best at ZukieBean to ensure successful germination and delivery of your orders. Germination and other issues can and do happen, and we are here to help in any way we can. We only work with breeders who stand behind their product, and whom we trust, so if a genuine issue occurs, we are happy to replace the seeds for you. As of 12/01/2024 all replacements will come in the form of a gift card to our site so you can pick out exactly what you would like. Replacement credits are calculated based on the price of the seed(s) at the time of purchase.
We do not process refunds.
We highly suggest that you allow 7-10 days for the seeds to germinate before contacting us. Breeders do require that you follow breeder protocol to qualify for a replacement should an issue arise. Germination is a very delicate process and can easily go wrong at no fault of the seed or the breeder. It’s advised to buy and germinate 10% more seeds than you want to grow. This margin of error is within the realm of what we feel is reasonable to expect for germination rates. We do ask and expect you to be reasonable and fair. If you are consistently having germination issues across a wide range of breeders and strains, it is almost certainly not the seed’s fault, and we reserve the right to make that judgment call.
We also ask that you contact us within 60 days of purchase if an issue arises. Breeders only give us so much time to report back issues. Over 60 days and they are unwilling to accept replacement requests. In large part, this is because we have no control over the environment or conditions the seeds are stored in after they leave our facility. We keep seeds stored correctly for maximum germination potential, but with no way of knowing what they’ve been exposed to outside of our facility, we cannot honor germination replacements over a certain period of time. We hope you understand. We certainly try to be as fair and reasonable as possible, and your satisfaction, as a customer, is truly of utmost importance to us.
